Simon has been teaching yoga & yoga therapy internationally for over 18 years, & has developed a unique & personal teaching style, keeping classes diverse, focused & fun. Simon is Principal of The Yoga Academy & was the original Director & Co-Founder of Triyoga in London. He runs teacher trainings, residential weekends, workshops & yoga holidays throughout the year.
